Deliveries and Returns

Quinta de Santa Crisitna's Deliveries and Returns Policy.

By ordering any product at Garantia das Quintas online shop, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions below.
All alcoholic beverages which are available at Garantia das Quintas online shop can only be sold to people under the legal age at their country.

Products, Prices and Content

All items are subject to availability of the existing stock.
Orders are processed on a first-come first-served basis.
If we run out of stock, the customer will be informed and, whenever possible, we will suggest a similar product. If no further alternative is possible, the customer will be refunded in full without any additional cost.
All prices are listed in Euro with VAT included at the prevailing rate.
Promotions available online may or may not be valid at Quinta de Santa Cristina’s physical store.
Garantia das Quintas reserves the right to change the information and the commercial offer about the products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions and services without prior notice and at any time.

Orders

After the order is confirmed, the customer should receive a confirmation e-mail about the delivery, invoicing, payment, products and costs at the e-mail address registered in the moment of the purchase. If the customer does not receive the confirmation e-mail, he should contact us through the contacts below.
If the customer needs to change any information about the order, since the order is not yet sent, we ask him to contact Garantia das Quintas through the contacts below as soon as possible.

Order status:
1. Pending – Awaiting payment.
2. Preparing – After receiving the payment, the order is in preparation.
3. Shipped – The order has been shipped.

Payments

All orders made at Garantia das Quintas online shop only are processed after they are paid. The placement of the order on its own does not imply the products reservation.

Payments are received in Euro, regardless of the transaction currency. The conversion rates of the currencies shall be borne by the customer.

Shipping

In Portugal, deliveries are made between 8:00am and 6:00pm, only on business days. The delivery time may change according to external factors, such as holidays, weekends, festive dates, time zones or adverse weather conditions. If the conveyor tries to deliver an order and the customer is not at home, the delivery time may change. We further inform that the possible delays cannot be a Garantia das Quintas responsibility. In that case, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

After the shipment, the order has the following delivery time:
. 48h-96h to mainland Portugal
. 1-8 business days to Portuguese Islands and other countries

Garantia das Quintas ships to the following countries: Portugal, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece*, The Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland*, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway*, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland*.

Shipping restrictions:
Norway and Switzerland: price includes shipping and custom costs.
Ireland and United Kingdom: shipment limited to 6 bottles.

Garantia das Quintas assume no responsibility for the shipments made to those countries where alcoholic beverages entry is not allowed by law.
If the destination country is not on the list above, the customer should contact us through the contacts below and we will evaluate your shipment.

After the shipping confirmation, the customer should track his order status through the link given by the conveyor.
All shipped products should be verified at the moment of the delivery. If the customer verifies that the order is damaged, he should not accept it, stating the reason of the return on the conveyor’s delivery note and inform Garantia das Quintas immediately through the contacts below.
If the customer verifies that any item is not correct after the delivery, he should contact Garantia das Quintas through the contacts below stating the order number or the number of the document which accompanies the order, attaching images of the packaging and the items exactly how he received it. Then, we will verify internally in order to solve the situation as soon as possible.

Customer is responsible for the possible seizure of the orders as well as the customs payment, if this exists. In case of products return, Garantia das Quintas will refund the customer with only the amount of these products.

Returns

Garantia das Quintas recognizes the right to their customers cancel the contracts celebrated, allowing the products return within 14 days after purchase, according to the Decree Law 24/2014, February 14th, amended by the Law 47/2014, July 28th and by the Decree Law 78/2018, October 15th.

For exchanges or returns, we ask the customer to contact Garantia das Quintas through the contacts below stating the order number or the number of the document which accompanied it, in line with the following conditions:
1. The product should be in perfect conditions and, if appropriate, in its original packaging, with accessories and promotional offers included, and accompanied by the sales receipt or invoice;
2. Regarding defective products and wrong shipments, Garantia das Quintas is responsible for the shipping and collection costs whenever the customer notifies this situation within 14 days counting from the day he receive the product. In this case, the customer should contact Garantia das Quintas through the contacts below, attaching images which prove that disagreement so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible;
3. Once received the product and after we confirm it is not correct according to the order, we will proceed to the reimbursement of 95% of the amount or to another solution agreed in advance with the customer.
4. In case of cancellation of a wine tourism booking up to 48 hours before its accomplishment date, we will proceed to the reimbursement of the total amount.
5. In case of cancellation of a wine tourism booking 48 hours before its accomplishment date, we will proceed to the reimbursement of 30% of the total amount.


Garantia das Quintas will not accept any returns of used products or in case they have been changed or modified.
Garantia das Quintas is not responsible for deficiencies for incorrect use, negligence, bad storage conditions or other similar causes.
